Ohio requires that shipping charges be taxed.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any Eezox® product purchased from Warren Custom Outdoor, we will refund your entire purchase price (minus S & H) upon return of the unused portion.
Returns
Non-consumable products may be returned for purchase price minus shipping and handling. Items must be returned with original packaging, unused, in new condition.
Privacy
We do not sell or give away any of your personal information to anyone.
Damaged Products
In order to process damaged items in a fast and efficient manner, we request that you take clear pictures of the damaged package, invoice and damaged product as soon as you receive it. This is a requirement of the courier companies and will aid in a smooth and quick resolution to the issue. Lastly, I request you email me at (phil@warrencustomoutdoor.com) with the pictures so I may initiate a claim with the appropriate courier.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
In addition to credit cards, we also accept personal checks, money orders and bank drafts.
When an order is paid for with a personal check, the order may be held until the check clears the bank. Most times we will ship the same or next day with the other payment methods.
